Interesting column with many good points. I hope you remain sensitive to the various people that are exposed to the jokes you make in person or in your writings each day. There are appropriate times and places to share these. The more public exposure you have, the more careful you must be.
Truly enjoy the subjects you pick for your columns. This one certainly will make people think about randomly using race, gender, identity, religion in any presentation without thinking about the group involved.
Nothing is ever funny to someone in a foul mood, and that includes most people these days. Except me, obviously, who is never angry or sad but always ready to smile even in the face of idiots, mimes and foul tips.
